Bio: I'm Jess, and I'm a self-confessed foodie. I am originally from Malaysia but currently working in Beijing, China. Food made well makes my heart skip a beat. I enjoy all types of food and dining experiences. From street food to casual dining to fine dining. I love to explore restaurants and cafes when I travel. Food is intricately intertwined with culture and it is this exploration that allows me to understand and learn about a country's culture.
